Photovoltaics: Group ownership, authorisations and development pipeline
The position at 30 June 2026 separates owned plants from initiatives under development, in the authorisation process and ready for construction, providing a transparent view of industrial progress.
In the photovoltaic sector, the scale of a portfolio cannot be expressed by a single figure. Operating or owned plants, projects under development, authorisation procedures and construction-ready sites represent different stages. The position at 30 June 2026 makes these stages and the contribution of the Group’s operating companies clear.
25 MW of owned plants
Sinergia Group owns a total of 25 MW of plants. This is capacity already attributable to the Group’s industrial assets and must be kept separate from the pipeline, which includes initiatives that still have to complete one or more stages before construction and operation.
The portfolio managed by NESS
For utility-scale activities, NESS reports more than 180 MWp of authorised projects or projects undergoing authorisation, more than 200 MWp under development and more than 120 MW of photovoltaic parks to be built. These figures represent different operating stages and are not automatically incremental: a project may move from one category to the next over time.
Moving from development to construction requires site selection, engineering, environmental studies, grid connection, authorisations and delivery planning. Maintaining initiatives across this sequence allows technical and industrial work to be planned over different time horizons.
Deaway Solar Energy’s pipeline
Deaway Solar Energy has a pipeline of approximately 800 MW at different stages of development. Within this portfolio, approximately 290 MW have obtained authorisations. The programme also identified a further 120 MW of initiatives with planned medium-voltage grid connections, with a target date of 30 June 2026.
These figures relate to Deaway Solar Energy S.r.l. and not to Deaway S.r.l., whose sale was completed in December 2025. This corporate distinction is essential to attribute projects, authorisations and capacity correctly.
From pipeline to delivery
The industrial priority is to move projects towards verifiable milestones: completion of authorisation procedures, grid-connection availability, construction readiness, delivery and commissioning. Sinergia Group therefore reports owned capacity and pipeline separately, updating the figures as initiatives actually progress.
