1. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files that a website may store on a user's device. Similar technologies, including local storage, pixels, and identifiers, may perform technical functions or be used for analytics, personalisation, or marketing.
2. Current website configuration
The website does not use profiling or marketing cookies, advertising pixels, remarketing systems, or behavioural analytics tools.
There are no embedded videos, maps, or social content automatically loaded from external platforms. Fonts, images, and videos displayed on the pages are served as local website assets.
The hosting provider may process network logs and technical data on its systems to deliver and protect the service. These logs do not cause the website to store profiling cookies on the user's device.
3. Technical tools and form security
If the framework or infrastructure uses tools strictly necessary for security, load balancing, or a function requested by the user, they will be used solely for that technical purpose. Prior consent is not required for strictly necessary tools.
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which analyses technical signals such as IP address, TLS fingerprint, user agent, sitekey, and origin to prevent bots and abuse. The service is configured without pre-clearance and is not used for advertising or profiling; any technical storage necessary for verification remains limited to the security purpose.
4. Why no banner is displayed
Because the current configuration does not use non-technical cookies or tools requiring consent, the website does not display a consent banner. A banner requesting unnecessary consent would be misleading and would not reflect the actual processing activities.
5. External links
Pages may contain links to third-party websites. Those services open only when the user selects the link and are governed by their respective operators' notices.
6. Future changes
Before introducing analytics, maps, embedded videos, newsletters, advertising tools, or other optional technologies, the Controller will update this policy and, where required, implement prior consent controls allowing users to accept, reject, and change their preferences.
