Ecosuntek acquires Deaway and strengthens its agrivoltaic portfolio in Calabria

On 16 December 2025, Ecosuntek announced the completion of its acquisition of Deaway through subsidiary Enrit Agri 1. The transaction concludes the sale agreed with Sinergia Group and transfers the entire share capital of Deaway to Ecosuntek.

The corporate transaction

The acquisition was completed through the execution of the notarised deed authorised by the relevant corporate bodies. Enrit Agri 1 acquired 100% of Deaway from Sinergia Group as part of a related-party transaction disclosed to the market.

An agrivoltaic portfolio in Calabria

Deaway holds ready-to-build authorisations for agrivoltaic plants in Calabria with an indicated total capacity of approximately 19.59 MWp. According to the announcement, the authorisations are favourably positioned in the rankings for the relevant GSE procedures.

The projects fall within the Italian Agrivoltaic Decree framework, which supports systems combining solar electricity generation with the continuity of agricultural activity. The measure provides investment and energy-related incentives subject to the applicable requirements.

Industrial significance

For Ecosuntek, the transaction strengthens its agrivoltaic business unit and expands its portfolio of advanced renewable initiatives. For Sinergia Group, it marks the completion of the disposal of Deaway, a corporate event that must be distinguished from the activities and capabilities of the companies that remain within the Group.
